Jaw Crusher Working Principle :-
Jaw crusher is driven by a motor, and the moving jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up. The moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of pole and spring, and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, Jaw crusher is used as both Primary jaw crusher and Secondary jaw crusher.

WHAT IS CONE CRUSHER ? / CRUSHING & SCREENING EQUIPMENT/ CONE CRUSHER

ROLJACK cone crusher is similar in operation to a gyratory crusher, with less steepness in the crushing chamber and more of a parallel zone between crushing zones. A cone crusher is suitable for crushing a variety of mid-hard and above mid-hard over and rocks. A Cone Crusher is a compression type of machine that reduces material by squeezing or compressing the feed material between a moving piece of steel and a stationary piece of steel. Final sizing and reduction is determined by the closed side setting or the gap between the two crushing members at the lowest point. As the wedge or eccentric rotates to cause the compression within the chamber, the material gets smaller as it moves down through the wear liner as the opening in the cavity gets tighter. The crushed material is discharged at the bottom of the machine after they pass through the cavity.

Roljack Cone Crushers Working Principle :- When Cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bush via bevel & pinion gear. Mantle core is forced to swing by the eccentric bush, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the concave, and sometimes far away from concave. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.

ROLJACK VSI crusher use a different approach involving a high speed rotor with wear resistance tips and a crushing chamber designed to ‘Throw’ the rock against the rock. The VSI Crusher utilize velocity rather then surface force as the predominant force to break rock. In its natural state, rock has a jagged and uneven surface. As rock is ‘thrown’ by a VSI rotor against a solid anvil, it fractures and breaks along these fissures. VSI crusher generally utilize a high speed spinning rotor at the center of the crushing chamber and an outer impact surface of either abrasive resistance metal anvils or crushed rock. Utilizing crushing rock on the outer wall of the crusher for new rock to be crushed against is traditionally referred to as “rock on rock VSI”.

A VSI (vertical shaft impactor) is a mill that comminutes particles of material into smaller (finer) particles by throwing them against a hard surface inside the mill (called the wear plate). Any hard or friable materials can be ground with low value of metal waste. This type of mill is combined with a classifier for fine tuning of a product size.

VSI Crushers Working Principle:- Raw material falls down into feed hopper, and then enters rotor through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in high-speed rotor, and then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When hitting anvil, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet. Raw material falls down into feed hopper, and then through ring, it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into rotor through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by rotor at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. In this way, material is crushed.

    Roljack Feeder machines feed the jaw and impact crusher with the rocks and stones to be crushed. Crushers: These are the machines where the rocks and stones are crushed.

    Each plant would incorporate one or several crushing machines depending on the required final material (small stones or sand).     Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

    The dry feed material 0-5mm from the crushing plant and water is added in to the fabricated tank equipped with slow moving screw where decantation takes place with low turbulence flow. Water with (-) 150 microns will be carried away by the flowing water moves in the opposite side and collected in weir and discharged outside. The washed / Classified cleaned sand, through rotation of the screw against the water stream flow The cleaned sand will be lifted by the rotating screw, Sand will discharge by the other end of the equipment. The slotted perforations in the special screen deck allows to remove water from the washed sand and water goes back in to the washing process, The cleaned & dewatered sand falls on to belt conveyor and to stock.     ROLJACK Gravitational Industrial Classifiers These intelligently engineered units are ideal for classifying coarser cuts ranging from 10 to 500 mesh. The feed material is dropped into the top of the classifier. It falls into a continuous feed curtain in front of the vanes, passing through low velocity air entering the side of the unit.

    The air flow direction is changed by the vanes from horizontal to angularly upward, resulting in separation and classification of the particulate. Coarse particles are efficiently discharged through a valve beneath the unit. The fines are conveyed by air to a fabric filter for final recovery. Sand washing machine (High mesh sand classifier) is mainly used in building site, gravel plant, concrete dam building site of hydropower station, etc.
